Hiring a pet sitter for the first time can seem like an overwhelming task. We want your experience with us to be as simple as possible so below are answers to some of the most common questions we receive from prospective or new clients. Q."Do you work with all pets?"

A. We absolutely work with all breeds of dogs and all types of animals, including cats, rabbits, and birds, reptiles, horses.

Q."Can I schedule a specific time for you to visit my pets each day?"

A. Because we deal with all types of situations with a variety of animals,we cannot guarantee a particular appointment time. We do however, always do our best to visit your pets as close to your desired time as we are able.

Q."When do I pay my deposit?"

A. No deposit is required for daily walks/visits. If you are booking services for more than a single visit the deposit of 25% is due at the time of booking.

Q. "What if I don't need my pet visit because I have stayed home on a day that I had you scheduled?"

A. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel a day visit/walk. If 24 hours notice is not provided the fee for that visit is due in full.

Q. "When do I need to give you a key?"

A. You may provide your key at the initial free meet and greet. If you do not wish to provide your key at this time there will be a $10 trip charge assessed to pick up your key prior to your first visit.
